If you order a computer from us and it does not resolve the issue and you would like to return the part, returns are accepted within 14 days of the initial receipt of the merchandise.

There will be a 20% restocking charge and all actual shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Returns are simple. Please contact our office to initiate the return. We will ask that you complete the return/exchange authorization form found below.
